Warning: Cold Calls from Convention Hotel Services (CHS)!

It came to our attention that there have been spam calls or e-mails concerning conferences in Vienna. The company CHS (Convention Hotel Services) has called or e-mailed attendees of other conferences. They claim to work for SBA Research/the conference organization and ask for credit card details to finalize the booking of accommodation.

Please do not give away any information or credit card details if you receive such a call or e-mail. This company is not working for SBA Research or any other company involved in the organization of QRS 2016. We apologize for this inconvenience! If you need any assistance please contact us.

Accommodation

The organizers of the conference have pre-selected hotels for the benefit of its participants. These rooms will be allocated to participants free of any handling fee – use the online hotel booking form. Please note that the rooms are pre-reserved until June 17, 2016 – please book your room until that deadline! If you would like to stay longer, please feel free to contact us!

Payment for accommodation is to be made onsite at the hotel receptions. Credit card details will be transferred to the hotels to guarantee your reservations.

Cancellation policies are up to each hotel – usually cancellation free of charge is possible 14 days prior to arrival! Cancellations have to be communicated via e-mail to [email protected].

For students, there are also cheaper accommodations in dorms/hostels available! Use the Google map below to see the distance from the hotels to the University! When using our booking form, you can search by category, which is also indicated in the map below.
